Emil is a trusted Advisor to 60+ diverse businesses, including high-growth, fast-paced startups, focusing on Strategic direction for Innovation, Operation, Product Development, Go-to-Market success, Growth Hacking, and Business Plan (re)definition and evolution, to name a few.


He chairs the Entrepreneurial Roundtable- Downtown, at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. In the last several years, he has seen many business models, products and services, and worked together with talented entrepreneurs and investors to design dynamic concepts, products, services, and events to tell and teach about Entrepreneurship.

He is an experienced solutions leader with 20 years strategic and operational specialties who drives growth and transforms business initiatives, designing and executing custom programs based on vision, analytics, and getting to insights and measurable results – also known to be one of the sharpest Swiss Army Knives around.

He fuses many disciplines and apply dynamic solutions. Besides from Business, in his work, he gets inspiration from his passion for the Performing Arts and especially Dancing. He simplifies complex business needs to moveable parts and advise on how to put them in motion.

He graduated from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business with an MBA in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship and from the University of Evansville Schroeder School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing and Finance.
